Herb Brooks Memorial Trophy: Awarded to the NSHL's playoff champion.
J. Ambrose O'Brien Bowl: Awarded to the playoff champion of the East Conference.
Francis A. Patrick Cup: Awarded to the playoff champion of the West Conference.
Eddie Livingstone Trophy: The Eddie Livingstone Trophy is awarded to the league's regular season champion. It was first awarded for Season Eleven.
Tommy Gorman Award: Awarded to the league's best general manager, as voted by the other GMs. This award was given for the league's first two seasons as the Governors' Trophy, then was shelved until Season Eleven when it returned under its current name. Note: This award cannot be won by the same GM two seasons in a row.
Mario Lemieux Trophy: Awarded to the top point scorer of the league's regular season.
Wayne Gretzky Award: Awarded to the top goal scorer of the league's regular season.
Terry Sawchuk Award: Awarded to the goaltender with the highest regular season save percentage.
Gordie Howe Memorial Trophy: The Gordie Howe Memorial Trophy is awarded to the most valuable player of the regular season, as voted by the general managers of the NSHL. It was first awarded for Season Eleven.
Bobby Orr Trophy: The Bobby Orr Trophy is awarded to the most valuable player of the playoffs, as voted by the general managers of the NSHL. It was first awarded for Season Eleven.
Nicklas Lidstrom Award: The Nicklas Lidstrom Award is given to the league's best defenseman, as voted by the NSHL's general managers. It was first awarded for Season Eleven.
Clint Benedict Award: The Clint Benedict Award is given to the league's best goaltender, as voted by the NSHL's general managers. It was first awarded for Season Eleven.
Teemu Selanne Award: The Teemu Selanne Award is given to the best rookie of the regular season, as voted by the general managers of the NSHL. It was first awarded in Season Eleven.
Cammi Granato Award: The Cammi Granato Award is given to the most valuable player of the All-Star Game, as selected by the simulator program. It was first officially awarded in Season Twelve, with prior All-Star Game MVPs honored retroactively.
Clarence S. Campbell Bowl: Awarded to the playoff champion of the Campbell Conference. This award was retired after Season Ten.
Prince of Wales Trophy: Awarded to the playoff champion of the Wales Conference. This award was retired after Season Ten.
